They likely just arrest anyone that tries to stop them, including judges or members of Congress. Then, they’ll appointment right wing judges who say that this is all 100% legal.

Civil Service was created to create a technocratic meritocracy and nonpartisan government system. They want to scrap both of these and go back to fighting?
Someone needs to tell Republicans than under the old system before the Civil Service, the president would mass-fire all government employees and replace them with political party members, regardless of competence. If they want to go back to that, would they be happy in 4 years with Democrats doing the same upheaval? Did Bush appointing only Republicans in charge of Iraq make it a better place?
