minus-squaredanielton@lemmy.frozeninferno.xyzlinkfedilinkarrow-up1·1 year agoI don’t like desktop GUIs that aren’t designed for a mouse and make you memorize keyboard shortcuts to be usable. Keyboard shortcuts are nice to have but shouldn’t be mandatory, IMO. That’s why I prefer KDE and XFCE.

You can prefer Win95 UX all you want, nobody is stopping you.

GNOME feels to me like it’s designed for a tablet, not a keyboard and mouse. That’s part of why I don’t like it.
Gnome is extremely keyboard focused. Less so mouse, though.
