Hello.
It is quite a bit hard to find useful information about it. Is there an easy way to have Wireguard installed with a GUI or integrated into network manager?
I have the wireguard configs imported with nmcli and use WireGuard Indicator to turn it on/off.
Will check that out 👍
I installed it, then I created the conf file which I then imported to the gnome extension and use it since. It’s rather simple. Follow instructions for cli configuration to make the file, then just get a gnome extension and follow the instructions of it.

Use this on my laptop…works great.
As a follow up. I went with wireguird, working fine so far.
I’ve wireguard managed through the network manager (and a home extension consequently). I don’t remember how I did it but I remember it was pretty straightforward to do
Not quite what you are asking but you may want to look into tailscale. It provides a greatly simplified way of setting up wire guard and has graphical controls. The free tier is more than sufficient for me (up to 3 users) so hopefully it works for you to.
Thanks, I use Tailscale for various things. But I need direct Wireguard connections in this case. I know I can get it working via command line, I would prefer it on the GUI though or directly in network manager.
