I recommend the Nicotine+ client for soulseek. It’s pretty straight-foward. You get the app, create an account, then start looking for songs. If someone has what you want and had put it up for sharing then you can just download it directly from them. If you have a collection yourself, I encourage you to share it too, just like I do. Fuck traders and scammers.
you can dl the .dmg app for mac, sign up, set your dl and shared folders and you’re all set up, my LAN cable makes for amazing fast dl times. HUGE libraries available too. I love it
