    Yes. But it’s a common misconception that “colluding” is illegal in all circumstances. It’s not. There are unfortunately legal ways for corporations to coopoerate with one another on stuff like this.

    It’s called an Oligopoly and it happens literally all the time because the CRTC is feckless and weak.
