Classic false-dichotomy. There is a German Cultural Centre, a Ukrainian Cultural Centre, and an Italian cultural centre near me. I remember the Luso-Canadian Club for Portuguese-Canadians. There is a Robbie Burns night held annually near me. No one complains about these.

What is unnerving is that this isn’t one of those. This is something very different.

What would be the cultural trappings that this club would seek to preserve, and how would those cultural trappings be exclusively colour coded?

I’m not an anthropologist or sociologist, but even I can see that this is a false equivalency.

Classic false dichotomy. The ad is clear that the intent is to allow children who “look the same” to play together, not to preserve a culture.
