I was at my parents last night and every third word out of MSNBC’s anchor’s mouth was Trump. Not details or anything, just a screed about how awful he is.

I told my mom “man, if Trump goes to prison they’re not gonna have anything to talk about.”

I hate the guy too but there’s a war in Europe and the planet is dying and there’s tons of labor actions going on, and yet they devote most of their programming to this one asshole.

Wow it’s almost like mini Hitler has had his Beer Hall Putsch and we’re understandably concerned about the rise of fascism in the US, which Trump embodies.

You may call me lazy, or ignorant, or even an idiot. But I will not have my honor impugned by being called a “centrist.” Them’s fightin’ words.

As for ignoring him: I know he’s a fascist. I know he’s a con man. I know he’s attempted to overthrow the government. I do not need to hear it every ten minutes, especially when it’s just the anchor shouting at the camera and not new info or investigation. That’s just outrage bait.

Other things are happening in the world. Fascism is on the rise everywhere. Yes, Trump is bad. But for fuck’s sake let’s talk about one of the many, many other very important things that are happening for five goddamn minutes.

You could say that this is a result of a 4 time indicated defendant. The wife is already making sure to get hers. If he is guilty of just one of those 91 charges his penalty may be equal to a life sentence at his age.
