Do you recharge around others or alone?

I’ve never been the best at being alone. I’ve always surrounded myself with friends and distractions. I want to challenge myself- learn to not only be comfortable in my own company but to love it.

    Good luck with your self- challenge. I’m the opposite, a true introvert. It’s not that I don’t have friends who’s company I enjoy (in measured doses), but I find the presence of others exhausting, and need time in solitude to recharge from it.
