No, they’re giving them old surplus military equipment that was designed for use against Russia and was otherwise just sitting and collecting dust. The money is only used to replenish the stocks. You know, like the regular spending the military uses. America loses nothing by sending weapons to Ukraine and anybody saying otherwise is misinformed at best and actively spreading disinformation at worst.
