I originally plowed through the original 3 Eisenhorn books a few years ago, but then didn’t want to continue with Gideon Ravenor. But after a few short stories with him in them, I’m warming up to him, I may switch over to his books after finishing the short stories.
Reading the short stories and that (half?) novel for the first time was a blast. Have fun!
