Anyone who has run a successful business knows it’s best practice to treat people well and pay them well. I have never had a problem with employees and they wind up fighting for you when you do.

Typical shitbag corporate America treats people horribly. The entire corporate culture is a shit sandwich wrapped in a messy baby diaper for the sole purpose of profiting more.

Typical CEOs are nothing more than hand selected jerk offs from prestigious schools their parents paid for in full, and may have paid to get special treatment, all while doing bare minimums to pass.

Fuck them all to hell because nobody wants that type of hierarchical trash running shit anymore.

And that’s why nobody likes any company more than surface level.
