I love the feeling of being clean and fresh the day of/ after a shower. I assumed everyone does. That doesn’t really help me get into the shower.
Some people like showering or the feeling of being clean.
But that is definitely not everyone.

It can be an ADHD thing, and also a regular thing 🤷🏼♀️ insomnia is a symptom of depression, but not everyone who has trouble sleeping is depressed.
