I ran out of Amaro Nonino but wanted a paper plane so made a substitute:

2oz bourbon

1 oz Aperol

1 oz Heirloom Pineapple Amaro

1 tsp Campari

1 oz lemon super juice

Shaken. Delicious.

    Paper plane is one of my all time favorites and just has a riff on one with a dry shake of an egg white in the mix first before the ice. Delightful, frothy

    Wife and I have been on a Long Drink kick recently, which is ok with me, Ive been fairly overwhelmed by life so having a tasty canned drink available is convenient

    A tart lemon drop in a coupe with a sugared rim. Yum.

    Also, off topic but - saw a Subaru WRX today, first time seeing one in the wild, what a good looking car! But 2023 is the last year for manual transmission in any Subaru model. I am sort of sad about that.
