Hey! I’m new to this and I accidentally commented instead of posting lol, I hope it’s okay to post things like this, I have this type of acne and I just have no idea what kind it is and it’s way more noticeable in person, and there isn’t anything under these bumps like pimples or clogged pores normally do. Nothing seems to make them dissappear, any advice?

    Welcome to SkincareAddiction!

First off, your skin looks great so don’t worry too much about it. This is a cliché thing to say but I doubt anyone else even notices them. But that’s not the advice you were looking for so here we go:

I’m not a doctor so take this for what it is, but it does look like a very mild case of closed comedones to me. There’s no one-size-fits-all fix for that but one thing you could consider is to introduce some kind of exfoliant into your routine, such as AHA or BHA.

Speaking of routine, what’s your current routine? It’s possible that it’s caused by a reaction from a product that you’re using.

thank you!! its not cliche at all and i do agree its not that bad but its weird that they dont really go away with anything, thank you for your suggestion!! _

and i wash my face when i wake up and when i go to sleep, apply sunscreen when im going out and also moisturizer. i also wash my face with an apricot moisturizer scrub with vitamin c like 3 times a week which has helped me a lot with texture and brightening my skin except for my forehead, ive also tried to stop using all of these products and none of them seem to be the problem

It’s really helpful to share the name of the products. There are thousands of moisturizers out there but if we know which one you’re using someone here might know if it has pore clogging ingredients or common allergens.

I think it may be from sweat. I sweat a lot and also have lived in very hot climates. If my guess is right just wash your face after you get sweaty and it will go away.

I have had the same issue, when I clean my face twice a day with this cleaning soap and use a toner and a very little bit of cream afterward the bumps go away. I do have to stick to that routine though.
