That’s considered brand new to me. been to a few fb groups reselling of audio items (iems/headphones) and that’s considered 10/10.
Your example is not good either, they 2 are very different products, also the car is used at the time, clearly. If the user opened the iPad and checked it if its working then that’s more similar since in this case the iPad was used.
edit: sample of a rating item condition in HEX an audio group in fb(8.8k members):
• Brand New/Sealed - Never been opened and brand new
• Mint - Opened but never used - item complete
• Excellent - Opened and used but in perfect condition
• Very Good - Opened, used no issues but cosmetic imperfections
• Good - Opened and used with issues like minor scratches and chips
• Fair - Open and used with heavy cosmetic damage or worn parts such as pads
• Poor - Open and used heavily with cosmetic damage, worn parts, pads, etc.
• Very Poor - Does not work, needs repair, major damage.
