A proposed land exchange would involve SpaceX providing 477 acres of land near a Texas wildlife refuge and receiving 43 acres at Boca Chica State Park.

SpaceX wants even more land for its operations and rocket tests in South Texas and is eyeing Boca Chica State Park as the place to do it.
