I just opened the Tubi link and scrubbed through it. It looks like a cleaner scan than the DVD but it looks like they used something like telecine which is cheaper than a real scan of the film but can cause jitter on the y axis.

I have the DVD and didn’t notice any of the issues that you are saying.

I’m curious at the dislikes… is it because it’s discord?
