Simple answer is there is none. Join a private tracker and survive on bonus points.

Alternative answer is you can still find what you’re looking for in good quality between rutracker, TG, 1337, nyaa. Atleast those are the sites I’ve been using. Also the rarbg database is still good to use for old stuff.
