I remember years ago I thought I was as left as could be online because I was browsing “progressive” subreddits and had liberal views, then I noticed that people kept parroting the same idealistic, vibes based sentiments about everything. This journey of self-reflection led me to ML and finally have strong confidence in assessing matters for what they are instead of the media diet you mentioned
