I have 100% gotten worse at video games after 25. I don’t think it’s reflexes, I doubt my reflexes have changed enough to matter for the gaming I do. I know at least part of it is lifestyle. I can’t put as many hours into gaming anymore, I’m out of school and tbh I’m a bit out of the habit of pushing myself mentally, which I think has made me a slower learner. Actually I’m glad I’m typing this out cause I hadn’t thought about it this and I’m sure now that I’m aware of it I can turn the trend around.

Reading between the lines, my hypothesis is that the ship, the planes, the pilots, and sailors are all tired. Equipment is breaking, systems are inoperative for too long, and the crew is getting more injury and mistake prone.

If Answer Allah actually managed to score a hit, that would be an amazing accomplishment by them. But until I see evidence, I think it has just reached the limit of what it can accomplish without rest for the crew and repairs/maintenance/restocking back at home.

The article says the 45 day window is due to fuel limitations with Starliner, so at that point I’d imagine they’d un-dock it and de-orbit without crew. Regardless they wouldn’t leave the astronauts to die (I hope) and would mount a rescue mission.

Since it’s stainless steel, wouldn’t painting them with something corrosive be even better? Like whatever bullshit they spread on the roads when it might snow where I live, that ensures there are no used cars cause they all rust out after a decade or two. Yeah good point I forgot to mention that part. I always start with a very small dose after breaks but sometimes I forget that’s not obvious. Keeping the dose small has been a struggle but I think that’s a sign I’m taking too much too often.

If that’s applied to your passions and goals, then I think that’s not a bad aspiration.

Idk, my depression gets a lot worse when I just veg. I’m not saying be productive for your capitalist overloads, but being productive for myself is really important. Reading, learning, helping people, building things, all make me happy to live my life.

A break to remove tolerance can work wonders. I find the longer I’m sober the better my high is. A few weeks is okay if you smoke often, but a few months can really work wonders.
