Pelicans could make a good run but it’s all going to come down to Zions health again so we’ll see.
The three second-round picks headed to Detroit are Toronto’s 2025, a 2028 pick that is the less favorable of the Clippers or Charlotte, and Miami’s 2028.
Also frees up space for them to re-sign Derrick Jones jr.
Hope the best for him, it’ll be nice to play with his dad and hopefully there’s not too much pressure and he’s given time to develop given it’s the Lakers and he’s lebron son.
I don’t really follow college and this year it was especially tough to judge it sounds like but here’s what John Hollinger said about the Spurs pick:
I had Castle second on my board and really like the fit in San Antonio, where the Spurs need to upgrade their perimeter talent on both sides of the ball. Castle also will likely get plenty of chances to play on the ball given the Spurs’ dearth of point guard talent, which is notable given his stated preference of playing the point. His shooting is a question, but his ability to guard immediately and his high long-term ceiling make this a great pick.
This year the 2nd round is on a separate day (tomorrow) so he still may get drafted. More than likely some team is going to take him since 2nd rounders aren’t valued much.
Updated to they got a pick and a pick swap:
2031 unprotected first round pick
2030 top-1 protected pick swap
Didn’t know you could put protections on swaps until this tbh.
Sounds like the Wolves were super high on him.
Biden has pushed funding and weapons to the Israeli military despite clear evidence they will be used for the genocide of Palestinians. So yes he is responsible.
Dominos is really only worth it if you’re doing the 2 for $5.99 each deal. Although I think that’s even up to $6.99 now lol
Now we just need to make sure we get KCP back and use Nnaji contract to improve our depth and I think we can come back strong next season.

Yeah I agree with pretty much all your points although I think given Embiids health history it makes sense keeping him at 1B. KD at this point should’ve been 2A and yeah thought it was a bit odd they had Brown so low he should’ve been 2B.
According to NBA insider Marc Stein, the trade did not include any draft compensation and was a “straight-up swap.”
Must be because he’s in his last year of his deal but yeah feels like they could’ve gotten more. Especially with the deals timing it feels like he wasn’t even shopped around?
Per Woj:
The Chicago Bulls are trading two-time All-Defensive guard Alex Caruso to the Oklahoma City Thunder for guard Josh Giddey, sources tell ESPN.
Solid move by OKC.
The Athletic’s Shams Charania reported that the deal is “in the neighborhood of $8 million per season.”
Definitely, he’ll make a solid trio with Hali and Turner they can build around for the future.
They especially need his defense given how terrible most of the team is in that aspect.
Has to be the most $ left a coach has on their deal when fired right?
Ahh I forgot about breakfast, that makes more sense. I was picturing butter drenched fires lol.
In one video, which has 30,000 views on TikTok, a young woman becomes increasingly exasperated as she attempts to convince the AI that she wants a caramel ice cream, only for it to add multiple stacks of butter to her order.
Lmao didn’t even know you could add butter to something at McDonald’s. If you can’t then it’s even funnier it decided that’s a thing.
Players can always sign for the minimum and it would help free up space for team building but I’m sure the star players figure why should they be the ones taking the pay cut versus the role players to make a competitive team. Although I agree that once you’ve made enough I’m surprised more older stars don’t take a slight cut to compete better.
