Thanks! You all are all-stars!
Hi there! I’m just a computer nerd from northeast Ohio in the US. Looking forward to sharing and discussing technology, science, Star Trek, and gaming with all the cool and nice folks around here!
Thanks! You all are all-stars!
Thank you all for what you are doing to build up this nice, safe, open, and fun community space for all of us!
That’s a cool site! What a cool environmentally friendly project. I’m reading the bows and arrows article which is fascinating. Thanks for sharing!
Sorry about all that, I feel you. I had to put down my 20 year old cat a couple weeks ago and learned my dad has cancer the day before that. This week I spent a ton of money to update our home electricals and then just learned the washer is now broken. Stay strong and hang in there and we’ll get through all this!
Nice! I enjoyed my playthrough of AC Odyssey. I picked it up just after playing Horizon Zero Dawn and was still in the mood to use a bow and arrows. I’m thinking of firing up Titanfall 2 when I have a chance.
I just deleted mine. I figured if I can’t really remember what I had saved, then I probably don’t really need any of that stuff anyways.
My top two are:
MATN is pretty chill and wholesome and funny. GmanLives focuses mainly on FPS games, but they have funny honest opinions about what they are checking out and they do some nice retrospective videos as well. I also like TK-Mantis for his Fallout stuff as well, decino for his Doom deep dive videos, and Accursed Farms for his game dungeon series.
I always find myself firing up a few round of Battlefield 4 or, for longer stretches, doing a new playthrough of Fallout 4 (with mods of course).
My top three for this would be:
I see Starship Troopers mentioned in the comments too, that’s a good one. I think I’d also shout out Super Troopers as well. Weird that all these movies start with “S”. I guess I like movies that start with S!
Yeah, I’m really hoping this is just going to be an additional option for those who want a lightweight ChromeOS style experience. Forcing everyone to a streaming OS is not going to go well.
