well, uh, I quess we need to make revision to marxism in order to update our coat-linen analogy

Resurrect Allende and we will have 200 argentinian pesos be equal to one chilean peso in half a year
Don’t resurrect Allende and we will have the same thing but it’ll take more time
Yeah, I was referring to my experience on lemmy.
I’m wondering, will the companies be able to efficiently expand their datasets in the future, given how much generated slop is now floating around, which is also poisonous to the neural networks. But the models that are already trained and already existing datasets will remain, so we’ll inevitably be living in a sea of shit, if we are currently in a sea of diluted piss.
If you go to All feed, and scroll far enough, on some days you will find many, many AI generated Tony Soprano images.
Because there is a bot that posts these when prompted, and some people prompt it with Tony Soprano.
I have “german touhou”, “Stack”, “maritumix”, “ZUN”, etc.
It’s easy to be a Touhou fan. All music is “Touhou” genre by definition.
To be serious, the regular genre description is still applied, but since character/stage themes are used as the basis, it imprints the character’s/stage’s emotions, the track’s structure, and possibly more things that I currently can’t properly desrcibe. So it can make sense to group, say, all Keiki tracks together, because the emotions that exist in Idolatrize World are preserved in the arrangements.
IIRC one person is doing CGI. Very much doable, given that videos are infrequent, and each new video doesn’t need a lot of new things. The assets (10 mil. dollar studio, bar, etc.) are reused, so it makes sense to make them with quality, instead of replacing.
Ah, the peppeloani! Peppeloani! You know the peppeloani? The no one?

Critical support to Tesla in their plans of sabotaging police
BUT CAN IT RUN CRYSIS
Yes it can
No, lead dev is marcan. Asahi Lina is a vtuber who had reverse-engineered Apple GPU and wrote the driver for it (in tandem with Alyssa Rosenzweig)
Asahi Linux is the “have linux run on apple M series CPUs” project
If the game relies on 32bit libraries, IIRC macos dropped the support for those? And there’s a lot of games that rely on 32bit.
So if one really cannot play 32bit games on macos then yeah. If the game doesn’t do anything fancy with OpenGL, and is using OpenGL, then I think that it’ll run great.
I wanna do Mesa because of Lina
The brain however does not want to cooperate (it wants to defrag)
It looks like (most) shooters can be played with this at the level matching KB&M, so I think if the console player opts into this they are to be treated like KB&M players.
Historically there were issues around unifying PC and console matchmaking - achieving the perfect aim assist amount seems to be impossible. Adding flick stick instead of aim assist seems to be much more fair.
don’t be a boomer
I refuse your call to stop being a boomer. As a defrag player (the boomer version of cs:s bhop/surf), I have trained over the past twenty four years to move the mouse as smooth as the laws of physics allow in order to always beat the top by two hundredths of a second.
(actually, on no-shooting maps, since there’s no need for vertical camera, maybe the stick is ok? If 360 deg. is 1/2 - 1/3 of a full turn. But how consistent will the strafing be then?)
btw, would like to see how good flick stick is in arena shooter duels.
Bone density test… that’s new.
