1·3 days agoOnce upon a time, I was riding my moped when the driver in front of me tossed his cigarette butt out his window, and it landed in my jacket collar and caused a burn mark in the fabric. Thankfully I didn’t get burned, but I was so mad at how close I got to getting a cigarette burn while riding.

The main issue I have with inductions are woks, you need a specific concave induction cooktop for woks so it heats it up properly. But induction is almost always better otherwise.

No special prep, just in a pot with a steaming trivet or basket with water up to the basket, eggs in for exactly 10 minutes with a lid on, then immediately transfer over to ice cold water.
