Do you have the option to switch to amd-pstate? Would be curious to see a comparison. What size battery do you have? How long does it last on a full charge for light usage (i.e. just browsing)?

Sounds like a Lenovo ThinkPad T14 gen 4 (AMD version) might be worth looking at (or the T14s gen 4 - a slightly “slimmer” version, I think the T14s also has slightly different ports).
