I’ll be camping early July and just picked up a propane bbq for our trailer, as I don’t see the fire ban lifting any time soon. Probably won’t be able to cook over a fire, so bring a gas stove or something equivalent.

It never crossed my mind that you could use a stand mixer to pull meat… I’m going to try that next time! Thanks for the tip.

I highly recommend Linode. They were recently acquired by Akamai, but that hasn’t changed anything. Pricing is decent, and lots of options to choose from.
