101·3 months agoI’m SO relieved!!! I enjoyed the first one more than most people. At the time I was in a rut where most video games were not enjoyable or fun. Then the first game came out and I felt alive again from the SECOND the music started on the title screen!
I’ve been looking forward to the second one for years and I’m so relieved that Microsoft didn’t fuck it up.

1·7 months agoAfter Syfy cancelled The Expanse, I lost all faith in them. I’ll wait a few years to see if they conclude this story on a good note and if so I’ll watch it then.

8·9 months agoI’m struggling to enjoy the humor of the image because all I can think of is how fucked up that scene is 😅 (not that the rest of the movie is sunshine and rainbows).
We do need to calculate in the girth factor, though

1·9 months agoI’m going to go with Monk! I don’t know how that show managed to mix together sadness, humor, and hope flawlessly while also giving interesting mysteries to solve time and time again.
1·10 months agoMy husband grew up very close to Three Mile. His Mom was in high school when the accident happened.
When he was little he actually thought that the reactors created the clouds 😂. All the white steam was visible from his front porch.
Apparently the schools required parents to sign waivers so they could administer iodine tablets to kids if another accident occurred. Apparently they were PREPARED just in case they ever had trouble again!
Highly recommend the documentary for anyone curious about the accident!
Fully agree, it left such an impact on me. The same way that some of the best episodes of Star Trek did.
