ETP - Enhanced Tracking Protection

  1. Any difference between ETP on strict mode, or custom mode with all options turned on?
  2. If i use custom mode with tracking content disabled and the other options enabled, and rely on my hosts file to block ads, am i good?

    Without filter lists and no custom filters it doesn’t do anything helpful.
