All refurbished items are inspected and certified by Segway-authorized and Segway-trained technicians.   All refurbished items are tested to the same standards as a brand-new unit. You may find small signs of use, such as minor scratches or dust.   Segway-refurbished units come with a 90 – 180 day limited warranty. For details, please check the warranty in “download”.   Segway Certified Refurbished Product purchased from Segway Inc. may only be returned by the original purchaser within 30 days from the date the product was ordered.
