alt-text: there’s laundry to do and a genocide to stop. I have to eat better and also avoid a plague. my rent went up $150. I’ll need to pick up more shifts. Twenty people died in Rafah this morning and every major news outlet is stretching the limits of passive voice to suggest whole families may have leaped up through the air at missiles that otherwise had the right of way. I just got a notification that my student loan payments are starting up again and my phone isn’t charged. My cousin got COVID for a fourth time and can no longer work or walk or even feed himself. The person across from me on the L train seems to fashion themself a punk rock revolutionary, but they’re not wearing a face mask, and that’s the kind of cognitive dissonance that makes me want to steal batteries. Fascists keep winning primaries for both parties, and I think I gained a few pounds. The CDC just announced there are no more speed limits on highways, and I think this Ativan is finally hitting. The NYPD farmer’s market only sells bad apples, have you heard that one? Listen it’s warm today, too warm for March. But I don’t have time to think through the implications because there’s laundry to do and a genocide to stop.

Gaza is levelled, 30,000 people are dead, millions are starving to death, communications have been cut, and you cant even move around freely without being murdered by Israeli soldiers.

How dare they not have the logistics in place to know everything!

Genocidal nazis like Israel dont get to demand shit. And still Biden supports them.

It’s the single most important thing for Hamas to know. When they say they don’t know, it just means they tortured, raped and killed all of the hostages, but they don’t want to admit to it.

The 23-page report said the team also found “clear and convincing information” that some of the women and children taken back to Gaza that day by Hamas as hostages were subjected to “rape and sexualized torture and sexualized cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment.” There were “reasonable grounds to believe,” it said, “that this violence may be ongoing.”

            Back that up.

What you posted does not prove the propaganda you’ve said above.

            Oh and…

UN experts say they have seen “credible allegations” that Palestinian women and girls have been subjected to sexual assaults, including rape, while in Israeli detention, and are calling for a full investigation.

              Back that up.

              I just did.

Palestinian women and girls have been subjected to sexual assaults

I haven’t said a single word to defend Israel’s actions, and I’m not going to. That’s also fucked up.

That’s why it’s a good thing that Biden has started to change US policy toward Israel.

                But he hasn’t.

He’s done the equivalent of the slap on the wrist of a completely different person (i.e. not the genocidal government).

Meanwhile he has given that very same genocidal government guns, money, and diplomatic immunity.

Pressuring Israel for a ceasefire, starting on new policies for sanctions, airdropping aid into Gaza, meeting with Netanyahu’s political rival Benny Gantz, and the few critical statements the white house has made about Israel are all things that the US would not have done in the past, and absolutely would not be doing now if we had a Republican president.

And there’s more coming. No way it ends here.

The goal is to change Israel, not to destroy our relationship with them, and there’s a myriad of reasons for that.

That doesn’t mean that nothing is changing.
