Galen shows up in an episode where Quark becomes an arms dealer when he’s struggling for money (S05E18). This is after his Ferengi business license was revoked. Galen, his boss, and the customer, were chased off by a team of assassins / hitmen (I can’t remember exactly what they called them in the show).
I’m on season 6 now and none of them have returned yet, so presumably they’re dead.
