I don’t feel bad for the rich people and I don’t feel bad about it. I just told my fiancée that I want to start HRT and she said she needs to talk to a counselor because she has issues with it. She really doesn’t like any kind of change in her life.
I mainly feel guilty because its in my nature to care about people

Sorry to hear about your fiancée. Give her time, talking to a counselor is probably the best decision she could make. Answer any questions she has for you and talk realistically about what transition will mean for you.
