    It hurts less to die fighting than it does to die hiding.

    If people are after you, the worst thing you can do is cower. Like, being at the edge of death is the most important time to stand up and get moving. It literally hurts less to die on your feet.

    Chilling and doing nothing is for safe times. If your life is dangerous, the ultimate “fuck you” to those coming to hurt you is to stand up.

    The above is true, and it’s the best thing to remember if you need the courage to move. You move forward because dopamine is a painkiller, and you only get dopamine if you stand up and put one foot in front of the other.
