The Russian president has a habit of creating “frozen conflicts” on Russia’s borders (in Georgia, for example), not as ends in themselves but because his goal is to “restore the Soviet Union”.
who’s mad here, and what’s obvious? are you seriously buying that Putin’s goal is to restore the USSR? as laughable as that is yeah I can imagine banderite nazis would hate to live under Soviet Union II
