Getting a trailer roadworthy isn’t really that difficult. Rigid frame, brakes and lights are pretty much what it takes. I’ve seen many totaled cars being converted to trailers. It actually a thing. Just google half-car trailer
I’d use it. Specially if you can still use key fab to lock and unlock the doors.
