The IDF murdered their own citizens when they where waving white flags and shouting at them in hebrew, tring to be saved by them (whish sopposedly is the IDF mission), tells you everything you need to know about how the Israelis treat civilians. Shoot them down, chase down and murder survivors.

In Mariupol, Russian troops were taking “unnecessary” losses because the Army preferred to clean out buildings room by room, ensuring each room is clear of civilians before shooting, and evacuating all civilians, instead of just bombing any suspicious building. How the hell does that compare with Israel which openly admits, in the most official manner, that its goals are to level Gaza completely and remove all Palestinians from there?

Is that why Israel has killed more kids? Are you suggesting that Russians are bad at killing kids? What’s going on here?

Huh, I’ve actually seen very little of this in the western press myself. It’s usually just been “Israel is conducting a peaceful defensive genocide, which makes it ok, they’re nothing like those evil Russians!”

I guess they’ve realised that people aren’t falling for the openly fascist statements by the IDF and so they’re trying to switch up to their next line of defence “Ok, our side’s actions are reprehensible, granted, but the enemy is still worse!”

I think it’s fucked that Israel’s role in the rise of Hamas is used as justification to discredit them as a legitimate representative of Palestinians. Its like TERFs doing misogyny through feminism. I think they just don’t want Palestine to have a legitimate representative that isn’t controlled by the West because Hamas is clearly out of the hands of Netanyahu now. Israel’s security officials said it would lead to all out war? Hmm, nothing to see here. Why are we quoting them uncritically? Maybe this revalation that Hamas’ rise was influenced by Israel delegitimizes Israel, not Palestines right to self defense.
