I think civilian access to gps is set up in such a way as to protect against this, but I don’t know enough and I’m going off an old online thread from memory. So, I’m pretty much an aeronautics expert.
From my understanding, commercial GPS units have built-in latency issues in the US. This makes it impossible to reliably control position at high velocity. HOWEVER, it is legal to build your own GPS to bypass this. You’d have to be an electrical engineer to design it though

I think averaging out GPS, Glonass and Galileo will give you a reasonable precision.
